Sauna is the portal that tethers me to the ancestral tree, grounding me in Finnish Sisu and Löyly. I spent my childhood discovering the spirit of the forest, catalyzed by eucalyptus offerings and lake plunges in Northern Minnesota.

Today, I draw upon the Finnish wisdom of sauna to facilitate experiences for expanding community, connecting with nature, and uncovering spirit. My programing combines sound healing, ecstatic dance, esoteric ritual, somatic exploration, and queer theory to enhance traditional contrast therapy.
